Our mindfulness away day provides an ideal way to learn about mindfulness whilst getting away from the office environment. Combining presentation, individual and group exercises, discussion and Q&A, the day can be tailored to your specific needs with content such as:

  • Mindfulness and stress. How mindfulness can be applied to reduce stress, support resilience and enhance creativity.
