Working with small groups we leave behind traditional presentation styles, preferring interactive group learning sessions where we explore key areas such as:
- What is mindfulness?
- How can we manage our overactive and overly critical minds?
- How can we have focus and clarity in a fast paced world?
- How can we strengthen our capacity to be steady and resilient in the midst of challenging conditions?
These sessions emphasise the practical side of learning mindfulness, teaching foundational skills so that participants can get started with mindfulness practice.
